Gilles spent nearly 30 years at Texas Instruments, where he built and led the company’s wireless operations to a $5 billion business, finishing his career there as senior vice president and executive officer when he retired in 2007. In addition to Movea, Gilles Delfassy is presently Director at Imagination Technologies Ltd, and Director at Sequans Communications Inc. Gilles received an Engineering Diploma at Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Electronique et d’ Automatique de Toulouse, then graduated in Business Administration from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Paris and has completed courses on corporate governance at Stanford University and the University of Chicago.
Nicolas Boulay, graduate of ESC, earned a DESCF and DESS at Dauphine University. Nicolas has conducted many strategy consulting assignments for high-tech companies, and then managed LinkTech Venture, a venture advisory firm.
He joined iSource in January 2000 where he has had the opportunity to lead many external growth and build-up operations, and is now looking after Internet and Multimedia investments.
Prior to joining Gimv in 2007, Geoffroy was a general partner of Innovacom in Paris, a French venture capital company specialized in IT and telecom. Before, Geoffroy Dubus was director of Business Development of France Telecom North America in New York (USA). Today, he is a board member of Movea, EasyVoyage, Made In Design and Private Outlet.Geoffroy Dubus holds a Msc in telecommunications engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Telecommunications of Paris (France), has a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Paris XI-Orsay (France) and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
Sam Guilaumé has 20 years experience in the microelectronics industry. After serving as Director of Sales for a startup in Grenoble TraciT Technologies, Sam co-founded Movea in 2007. As Movea’s CEO, Sam has led the company through the acquisition of Gyration, and developed Movea as the leader in motion sensing technology. He holds a Masters of Science in Electronics Engineering from ESEO (Angers, France) and also attended the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in Colorado
